Come with Me
I was commissioned to make this film to celebrate 75 years of the NHS. It was a collaboration with poet Cecilia Knapp, who, after interviewing staff around the hospital, wrote the poem: Come with Me.
I chopped the poem up into pieces and took each piece to patients around the hospital to animate using a wide range of materials, depending on the infection risks of each patient and what was allowed in their rooms.
The result is the glorious chaos of Come with Me, many hands coming together.
